Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu – Ramechhap and fly to Lukla 2,860m/9383ft and trek to Phakding (2610m/8562ft).
Day 03: Trek from Phakding – Namche (3,440m/11,286ft).
Day 04: Rest in Namche Bazar (Acclimatization).
Day 05: Trek from Namche – Tengboche or Dibuche (3800m/12,467ft).
Day 06: Trek from Tenbuche to Dingbuche (4100m/13,451ft).
Day 07: Rest in Dingboche (Acclimatization).

DAY 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be greeted by a Manram Voyages representative who will assist with your transfer to your hotel. The bustling capital city of Nepal offers a mix of rich culture and modern amenities. Warm welcome and check-in at the hotel. Our representative will have a meeting in the evening to talk about the trip in detail.

DAY 02: Drive from Kathmandu – Ramechhap and Fly to Lukla and Trek to Phakding – B.L.D
Early in the morning, drive from Kathmandu to Maithali, Ramechhap to catch a flight to Lukla, followed by a thrilling flight to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region. Upon arriving in Lukla, start the trek towards Phakding, a journey that takes you along the scenic Dudh Koshi River. The trail offers stunning views of the Himalayas and passes through traditional villages adorned with Buddhist mani walls, prayer flags, and prayer wheels. After a few hours of trek reach Phakding, a charming village. Overnight stay at Phakding.

DAY 03: Trek from Phakding to Namche – B.L.D
After breakfast, trek along the Dudh Koshi River, crossing several picturesque suspension bridges adorned with colorful prayer flags. The trail begins to gradually ascend, providing stunning views of the surrounding snow-capped peaks. Enter Sagarmatha National Park, where the natural beauty and unique biodiversity of the region come into focus. After passing through the park’s entrance at Monjo, the trek becomes more challenging with a steep uphill section. This climb leads to Namche Bazaar, a vibrant Sherpa town that serves as the gateway to Everest. Namche Bazaar is a bustling hub, featuring an array of shops, cafes, and trekking gear stores. The town is situated in a natural amphitheater, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Spending the night in Namche Bazaar, enjoying the lively atmosphere and acclimatizing to the altitude in preparation for the days ahead.

DAY 04: Rest in Namche Bazar (Acclimatization)– B.L.D
After breakfast, spend a day in Namche Bazaar to help your body adjust to the increasing altitude. This acclimatization day is crucial for preparing the body for the higher elevations ahead. Exploring the vibrant town, visit local shops, and experience the Sherpa culture. A popular option is to take a short hike to the Everest Viewpoint, which offers breathtaking panoramas of Mount Everest and the surrounding peaks, including Lhotse and Ama Dablam. This day also provides a chance to relax, enjoy the local cuisine, and soak in the atmosphere of Namche Bazaar. Staying active by walking around the town helps with acclimatization. In the evening, return to lodge in Namche Bazaar for a restful night, setting yourself up for the journey ahead.

DAY 05: Trek from Namche – Tengboche or Dibuche – B.L.D
After breakfast, start the trek with spectacular views of Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. The trail features a series of ups and downs, beginning with a descent to the Dudh Koshi River. From there, gradually ascend to Tengboche. This picturesque village is renowned for the Tengboche Monastery, the largest and most important monastery in the Khumbu region. At the monastery, there is an opportunity to witness a traditional prayer ceremony, adding a spiritual touch to the journey. The setting of the monastery, surrounded by majestic mountain peaks, creates a serene and awe-inspiring atmosphere. After exploring the village and soaking in the stunning views, spend the night in Tengboche, nestled among the towering Himalayas, preparing for the next stage of trek.

DAY 06: Trek from Tenbuche to Dingbuche – B.L.D
After breakfast start the trek through beautiful rhododendron forests, descend to Debuche and cross the Imja Khola River. The trail then ascends steeply to Pangboche, offering close-up views of Ama Dablam. Continuing, the landscape becomes more rugged and rocky, with fewer trees. By afternoon, arrive in Dingboche, a picturesque village surrounded by stone-walled fields. Here, spend the next two nights acclimatizing to the altitude before moving on to higher elevations.

DAY 07: Rest in Dingboche (Acclimatization)– B.L.D
Another acclimatization day in Dingboche is essential for adjusting to the higher altitude. One popular option is a hike to Nagarjun Hill, which offers incredible panoramic views of Lobuche East, Ama Dablam, and other peaks. This day hike helps the body acclimate while providing stunning scenery. After the hike, return to Dingboche to spend the night exploring the village, interacting with locals, or relaxing at lodge or tea house, preparing for the higher elevations ahead.

DAY 08: Trek from Dingbuche to Lobuche – B.L.D
After breakfast, start the trek from Dingboche through a high-altitude desert landscape, gradually climbing towards Lobuche. Along the way, passing through the memorials at Thukla Pass, a somber tribute to those who lost their lives on Everest. As the trail becomes steeper and the air thinner, temperatures drop, making the trek more challenging. Upon arriving in Lobuche, a small settlement with stunning views of Nuptse and the surrounding peaks, you’ll experience the remote and rugged atmosphere that signifies your approach to Everest Base Camp.

DAY 09: Trek from Lobuche to Everest Base Camp and back to Gorakshep – B.L.D
This is the day you’ve been eagerly waiting to reach Everest Base Camp. Starting early, trek across the rugged Khumbu Glacier, navigating challenging rocky trails and glacial moraine. After a few hours, arrive at Everest Base Camp, the starting point for climbers aiming for the summit of the world’s highest peak. Take in the surreal surroundings, snap photos, and soak up the incredible energy of this iconic location. After spending time at Base Camp, return to Gorakshep for the night. The day is long and demanding but incredibly rewarding, offering a profound sense of accomplishment.

DAY 10: Trek from Gorakshep to Kalapatthar and back to Pheriche – B.L.D
Today starts with an early morning hike to Kala Patthar, the highest point of the trek, offering stunning panoramic views of Mount Everest, Nuptse, and other towering peaks. The climb is steep but rewarding, especially with the sunrise illuminating the Himalayas. After enjoying the breathtaking scenery and capturing photos, descend back to Gorakshep for breakfast. From there, descent toward Pheriche, retracing steps through the Khumbu Valley. The descent is easier on the lungs, so feel the benefits of the lower altitude approaching Pheriche, and spend the night at Pheriche.

DAY 11: Trek from Pheriche to Namche Bazaar – B.L.D
The journey continues with a trek back to Namche Bazaar, where the landscape becomes greener and the air richer with oxygen as we descend. Passing through familiar villages and having opportunities to stop for tea, enjoying local hospitality and scenic views. Arriving in Namche, greeted by the town’s lively atmosphere, a refreshing contrast to the remote mountain trails. Celebrate your achievement with team members, enjoy a hot shower, and rest comfortably at Namche Lodge, savoring this well-deserved break before continuing your journey back to Kathmandu.

DAY 12: Trek from Namche to Lukla – B.L.D
Today is the final trekking day taking a step back to Lukla. The trail is mostly downhill, taking you through lush forests, across rivers, and past charming Sherpa villages. While the descent is easier than the ascent, it remains a long day, filled with a mix of accomplishment and nostalgia reflecting on the journey. Upon arrival in Lukla, take some time to relax, explore the town, and enjoy a celebratory dinner with your trekking team. The evening offers a chance to recount your experiences and savor the camaraderie, spend the night in Lukla, reflecting on the incredible adventure you’ve completed.

DAY 13: Fly from Lukla to Kathmandu – B
After breakfast take a morning flight from Lukla back to Kathmandu, upon arrival in Kathmandu transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to relax or explore more of the city.

DAY 14: Sightseeing around Kathmandu. – B
After breakfast, visit Swayambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) on a hill west of Kathmandu for panoramic city views and see the monkeys and shrines. Next, explore Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with palaces, temples, and the Kumari Ghar (home of the living goddess). Despite earthquake damage, it remains a key cultural landmark. End with a rickshaw ride through the spice market to Thamel for lunch and shopping.
In the evening, visit Boudhanath Stupa, one of the most important pilgrimage sites for Buddhists. Tibetan Buddhists start and end their day with a circumambulation of the stupa, a sort of daily pilgrimage. The stupa comes alive in the evening with butter lamps lit all around.
Enjoy a farewell dinner at a rooftop restaurant overlooking Boudhanath Stupa.

DAY 15: Final departure day – B
Today is the final day. After breakfast based on your flight time, Manram representative will transfer you to the international airport for your onward flight.
